Sometimes things turn out to be pretty annoying and you wish you could turn back time and spend and invest a bit more for your access to the internet. Well, my friends Michael and Katjuschka went through this “nightmare” - they made a bad experience with a company and now they do what “empowered” customers are enabled to do now because of the technical progress and the Web: they strike back.
Enclosed you can find the product of what marketers call “detractors” on the web. And these detractors can be a serious problem for companies. Only a few of them, or even only one person, can seriously harm a brand’s image and can also have impact on a company’s sales.

Anyways… Now, here at British Library, I am reading the following quote in the “Cluetrain Manifesto”.
If you want to take the first baby step towards entering the market conversation, torch any brochure ware on your site. At best your networked market views it as a speed bump, at worst as an insult.
What do you guys think? I think he makes a good point.
